Does Arise at Rochedale have House & Land Packages available?

Yes. You can contact the Arise at Rochedale Sales & Information Centre to discuss the various House & Land Packages that are available at Arise.

Are there ready-built homes available for immediate purchase and occupancy?

Yes. You can avoid the waiting time by inspecting any one of The Parkside Homes and The Arise Signature Collection of one off individually designed homes available for immediate purchase and occupancy.

Can I build my home with a builder of my choice?

Yes. The choice of builder is entirely yours; there are no limitations when selecting a builder.

Do the allotments at Arise have Freehold Title?

Yes. With Freehold Title you do not have the ever increasing annual fees or the By Law controls that land would have under a Body Corporate Scheme.

Do I have to start the construction of my home once I buy the land?

No. All lots at Arise are Freehold Title; which means you say when you want to start construction. There is no time limit to start your home unlike land that has an attached Body Corporate Scheme that requires you to start construction within a specific time after purchase e.g. 12 months.

Does Arise have a comprehensive building covenant in place to protect my investment?

Yes. The Pask Group has consistently encouraged high standards of development in their residential projects by means of covenants and building guidelines. The Arise Living Design Principles have been formulated to assist you in design criteria and to help maintain residents expectations of what the immediate surroundings will look like.
